A couple so much in love, so made for each other, came from India happily to attend their niece’s wedding. Traveling from one relative to another across the country, they arrived at their nephew’s place to board a flight back to India.
Destiny. The flights got cancelled, not once but twice, and the brutal virus engulfed him, never to let go.
The hopes of getting him well were high. The hopes of him recovering from the virus were very high, but no prayers, no long sleepless nights could save him from the brutal virus, and his wife was kept waiting for him forever.
After 26 days on the ventilator with ups-and-downs in oxygen saturation, and with alternating phases of hope and despair, he so sadly left this world. After a FaceTime call with his wife, who recited the whole prayer, talked to him, and touched his face, his heart stopped and ascended to heaven.
Prayer for his soul to rest in peace, prayers for his wife to bear this unfathomable loss.
